Job Purpose:

As a studio Apprentice you will be involved in many of the day-to-day duties relating to marketing, administration and communication with clients and associated projects. You will work within a small friendly open studio where you will support the Studio team, gaining experience across all areas of the business. This is an opportunity to be a part of a digital team learning all aspects of business operations whilst completing a Digital Marketing Apprenticeship. You can expect the full support of your co-workers as well as training and guidance in all areas of responsibilities & duties to gain the best out of your apprenticeship qualification.

Responsibilities:

Assist and support the studio team members in your capacity as an Apprentice. Duties will include digital marketing activities, communication and the creation and distribution of documentation while using and updating the internal systems and processes of the company.

You will be expected to work on your own initiative to given specifications and to timescales. Checking own work and work of others when applicable for mistakes, omissions and/or errors. Therefore, excellent organisational skills and attention to detail will be required.

Main daily/weekly activities:

Communicate with clients verbally and in writing/email.
Support the Marketing team with social media scheduling/engagement, blogging, email marketing, search engine optimisation, paid search, graphic creation and associated activities.
Researching & creating news, stories, case studies for online content population, formatting & testing.
Support and assist in the development of the micro projects and associated documentation and marketing activities.
Basic administration duties including, computer diary management, answering incoming calls, taking & distributing messages & meet and greet of visitors.
Prepare reports and maintain systems to enable delivery of accurate reports monthly.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Confident telephone manner
• Keen interest in digital
• Computer Literate
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Minimum of B Pass English
