We are looking for a few talented and dedicated individuals to join our technology team. Delivering creative solutions across the automotive lifecycle, the team works collaboratively with key business customers, IT and development colleagues and the wider Cox Automotive Group. As a member of the team you will contribute to the delivery of leading-edge solutions in an interesting and engaging environment.

Cox Automotive are designing and developing a suite of manufacturer and dealer facing tools tailored for the UK market. As Product Manager you will join a team of Product Managers and be accountable for aspects of the Product and Product Innovation to maximise Customer and Business value.  

You will be part of a conscientious, efficient, sociable team, and as a key member of our valuations and appraisal you will drive the continued success of our business’s future.

Role:

You will be working with key stakeholders to create and ensure shared understanding of product vision and strategy amongst all members of the team including Product Managers, Business Analysts, Design, Development, QA, User Acceptance Testing and Implementation. 

Managing the product backlog to meet the company priorities taking feeds from stakeholders, other members of the product management and development teams. 

Articulating how the product fulfils the business strategy and creates value to our customers, whilst making data driven decisions that support portfolio choices with evidence from analytics and research. 

Aligning product strategies with other product managers, articulate how the

product strategy fits into the broader ecosystem and owning the product outcome. 

Visiting and speaking with customers and our various internal business teams to understand how the product will fit into operations, to evaluate how it is performing and what also could be improved. 

Knowledge/experience of agile delivery methodologies. Experience with requirements cataloguing, epics, user stories and working with team members for backlog refinement. 

You:

You will have strong product management skills and experience and be able to prioritise efficiently maximising value while balancing needs of the customer and stakeholders.

Experience with platform based products ideally or similar

Be evidence based in decision making and communication and reinforce intuition with real world data, customer feedback and metrics. 

Create, understand, evolve and communicate your product roadmap. 

Be passionate about customers and how our proposition will enhance their experience.

Be a visionary who embraces change and can visualise the final product.
